• Left Eye

    IMPERFECTION ACCEPTANCE AND REFRAMING

Our founder, Natalie, when she smiles, I mean really smiles, her left eye closes. She was always conscious of this imperfection, but eventually learned to love it when she realized she could tell the truly happy moments she experienced by whether her left eye was closed or not.

Secondarily, left eye is a reminder to view things in different ways.

  • Right Brain

    CREATIVE BEING, CREATE SPACE

We all have vast amounts of creativity inside us. Embracing this power and using it to be the best you is one of our core values.

It is equally important to create space in the brain to optimize its use. Right brain is for purposeful use and purposeful non-use.

  • Whole Self

    WHOLE HEALTH

At Out West, we thrive on creating, but we know we don’t produce our best when we don’t feel our best; physically, mentally, and emotionally. This foundational value, although listed as the third and final core value, is the most important not only in our professional lives, but in our whole lives. We encourage whole self care to be our best for those people and experiences where we choose to spend our time.
